Derek and Margaret Thompson are the proprietors of Medals and Things.

Margaret looks after the accounts mainly, whilst Derek is the person with the product knowledge. He has had 22 years experience in the medals and awards industry, so you can rely on him to give you the correct advise so that you get the best value.

Our performance over the years is something of which we are very proud. We have consistently supplied quality products whilst maintaining competitive prices.

Many people are nervous about ordering merchandise. Rest assured we will handle you with care, and make sure that your logo is presented in the best possible way, whatever the product.

It helps if we can start off with some decent artwork, but we have in the past, even developed logos from old towels and hats. Corel Draw is the system that we use for our artwork but if you can send files in a bitmap or JPEG form we will do the rest at no charge.

Delivery is normally 3- 4 weeks for new artwork, and 3 weeks for repeats. Quicker deliveries are not impossible, but we rely on manufacture going according to plan with no breakdowns. In some cases a small surcharge can apply for really urgent orders.
